Book a DemoIs Juro worth the price?
Juro has received mixed reviews for pricing. This makes it hard to decide whether the software is worth it. The platform is known for quick and straightforward setup, automations, user-friendly interface, and reliable customer support. While it is adept at handling simple contracts, it struggles with complex workflows, requires counterparty approvers to sign up, has limited AI capabilities, and comes at a premium cost.
Let’s check out a few reviews on Juro pricing.
“Juro is a powerful platform relative to its price point. However, we have found that some things that seem like obvious product features aren’t quite there yet. That said, there always seems to be a way to work around those concerns and there’s no such thing as a perfect CLM.”
“It’s a self-contained platform that can deal with most everything within the contract lifecycle, from initial drafting, through communications with other parties, to final execution and storing. Nicely designed, reasonably priced, very good customer service and engagement. On-boarding was very smooth. Has some easy integrations with other apps and ecosystems.”
While Juro caters to small businesses with scalable contract management solutions, some users find the pricing to be high. Although Juro’s features support a streamlined contract process, the cost is sometimes a barrier for small businesses with limited budgets. The absence of a free trial or transparent pricing complicates affordability assessments. Based on these reviews, here is a conclusion regarding Juro’s pricing.
Good value for money: Juro’s pricing is seen as fair for its advanced contract management features, which cover everything from drafting to execution.
Feature and support quality: The platform’s design, constant improvements, and superior customer support contribute to its value. Many users find the combination of ease of use and strong support services justifies the cost.
Cost-effective for basic needs: Juro’s custom pricing provides a cost-effective solution for users needing only essential features. This makes it an attractive option for small companies or businesses with easy requirements.
Other factors to consider
According to user reviews on G2
Strengths
A stand out for us is the level of service and support you receive from the team, from onboarding to day-to-day queries, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure you’re getting the most out of the platform.
I believe Juro is for the type of client that has frequent, repetitive Order Forms, so for bespoke or highly detailed/bespoke contracts it is more difficult to automate.
Limitations
I would like to have more granular access controls for certain users and processes and while this has gotten more extensive since I last used the platform it would be ideal to have more options e.g. negotiation can’t be turned on by certain users.
There is also no integration with Google Drive or Adobe Sign.
